HCG was hired by CDPH’s Center for Tobacco Prevention to facilitate several strategic planning sessions with staff to identify their DEI priorities.

HCG was hired by Riverside University Health Systems to conduct a desk review and gap analysis of their HIV policies and procedures, and assist with the writing of missing and outdated standard operating procedures.

HCG was hired to facilitate a two-day strategic planning retreat and assist the CA Prevention Training Center with examining their mission, vision, values statements and identifying their organizational goals.

HCG provided project management services to one of the Boston Public Health Comission’s community facing programs called the Boston EMA Ryan White Planning Council. HCG facilitated virtual meetings, designed and implemented an anti-stigma campaign, conducted an evaluation to assess the administration of federal grant dollars, and developed and led a leadership training.

HCG provided project management services to several HCSA programs including designing and implementing a county-wide COVID-19 vaccine incentive program, conducting an analysis of staff vacancy rates and assisting departments with reducing their vacancies, and overseeing the Oakland TGA Planning Council’s operations.
